€200.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment.

€300.00 for a 3 bedroom townhouse.

€360.00 for a 3-4 bedroom semi-detached house.

€400.00 for a 3-5 bedroom detached house.

ALL prices include VAT and BER publication fee.
