Kelson consists of trained experts in DEAP and are SEI Registered BER Assessors. In addition to this Shaun Kelly from Kelson Energy Specialists currently trains BER Assessors and has trained well over 200 of the current SEI Registered BER Assessors.
Building regulations have introduced that from the 1st of July 2008 new dwellings will require an Air Pressure Test by law. Air pressure testing for existing dwellings will also be seen as a means of reducing draughts and improving general energy efficiency. Air pressure testing results will also be required for the BER calculations.
